进入21世纪以来,企业间的竞争日益激烈,企业政工管理方式也越发得到企业的重视。企业政工管理是一种系统体系,目的在于刺激企业的发展,协调企业的经营活动,加强对企业各部门各机构的管理。企业要在激烈的市场经济中生存,就必须加强对企业的政工管理改革,加强对政工体系的调整。本文将针对企业政工管理方式存在的问题,总结一些促进企业政工管理方式创新的建议,希望给从事政工管理的工作人员提供一些微薄的建议。
Since entering the 21st century, the competition among enterprises has become more and more fierce, and the management methods of enterprises have also got more and more attention from enterprises. Enterprise political management is a system of systems, the purpose is to stimulate the development of enterprises, coordinate the business activities of enterprises, and strengthen the management of various agencies and departments of enterprises. In order to survive in a fierce market economy, enterprises must step up their reform of their political and management systems and adjust the political system. This article will focus on the problems existing in the management of enterprise politics, summarizes some suggestions to promote the innovation of the management of enterprises and administrations, and hopes to provide some meager suggestions to those who work in politics management.
