目的探讨巧妙运用胎儿超声检查的操作技巧在产前诊断中的意义。方法选取该院2009年—2011年2024名孕13～26周进行超声产检的孕妇,总结在检查过程中是否灵活运用操作技巧及一些注意事项,比如:用标准化的方法测量、超声入射线角度选取、注意胎儿解剖结构的完整性及标准平面、应适当保存图像等。结果 428名孕妇(21.2%)初次检查时图像采集存在一些问题:图像不完整,有些畸形易发部位无法清楚显示或难以显示。掌握超声检查操作技巧后,420名孕妇再次接受检查,共检出畸形胎儿42例,占产前超声检查的胎儿畸形数的10.0%。结论巧妙地运用胎儿超声检查技巧、注意相关事项可以准确地对胎儿形态结构畸形进行筛查,为产科提供可靠的信息以指导临床。
Objective To explore the significance of clever use of fetal ultrasound operation skills in prenatal diagnosis. Methods From 2009 to 2011, 2024 pregnant women who underwent ultrasound examination from 13 weeks to 26 weeks of gestation from 2009 to 2011 were enrolled in this study. They summed up the techniques and some precautions during the examination, such as: using standardized methods to measure the angle of ultrasound entrance , Pay attention to the integrity of the fetal anatomy and the standard plane should be properly preserved images. Results 428 pregnant women (21.2%) had some problems with the image acquisition during the initial examination: the image was incomplete and some of the sites with abnormalities were not clearly displayed or difficult to be displayed. After mastering the operation skills of ultrasound examination, 420 pregnant women were examined again. Twenty-four malformation fetuses were detected, accounting for 10.0% of prenatal ultrasound examination. Conclusions Clever use of fetal ultrasound examination techniques, pay attention to the relevant items can be accurate fetal morphological structural deformity screening, obstetrics to provide reliable information to guide the clinical.
