应用反应速率分析方法,测定了钛片和表面有氧化层的钛片在恒容体系和475~680℃范围内吸氘反应的速率常数,得到钛片和400℃氧化5h和2h的钛片吸氘反应的表观活化能分别为(112±2)、(181±4)和(115±3)kJ/mol;钛表面氧化层越厚,表观活化能越大;氧化层具有阻氘性能。
The rate constants of deuterium absorption reaction between titanium and titanium with surface oxide were measured by the method of reaction rate analysis in the range of 475 ~ 680 ℃. The titanium and the titanium oxide which were oxidized at 400 ℃ for 5h and 2h The apparent activation energies of deuterium reaction were (112 ± 2), (181 ± 4) and (115 ± 3) kJ / mol, respectively. The thicker the surface oxide layer, the greater the apparent activation energy. .
