针对常压下用三氯化铁氯化钠酸性溶液浸出高冰镍进行研究,实验考察了各种因素对浸出过程的影响.结果表明:该浸出过程主要取决于反应温度、时间和溶液初始三氯化铁浓度,高冰镍中的镍、铜、钴的浸出率均达90%以上.在此基础上,确定了适合于高冰镍浸出的联合工艺参数,并且得到镍的氯化物溶液.
For atmospheric pressure ferric chloride â ‰ ¤ sodium chloride solution leaching high nickel matte study, the experimental study of the various factors on the leaching process. The results show that the leaching process mainly depends on the reaction temperature, time and the initial concentration of ferric chloride in the solution. The leaching rates of nickel, copper and cobalt in the high ice nickel are above 90%. On this basis, the combination of process parameters suitable for high iced nickel leaching was determined, and a nickel chloride solution was obtained.
