对一种火工品感度试验用的便携式计算装置进行了功能及软、硬件设计开发,该装置集成了升降法、兰利法及D优化法3种感度试验方法,并采用与文献值对比和验证试验的方法对装置的使用及计算的准确性进行了分析研究。结果表明,该装置计算结果准确,可以方便工程技术人员进行现场感度试验并且便于D优化法的推广使用。
The function, software and hardware design and development of a portable computing device for fire sensitivity test are integrated. The device integrates three kinds of sensitivity test methods: lift method, Langley method and D optimization method, and compares with the literature value The method of verification test has analyzed the use of the device and the accuracy of the calculation. The result shows that the calculation result of the device is accurate, which can make it convenient for engineers and technicians to conduct on-site sensitivity test and facilitate the popularization and application of D optimization method.
