目的探索“护士工作站”运行初期医嘱微机输入与手工转抄并行中 (简称双轨运行 )如何使医嘱快捷、准确执行。方法微机输入人员掌握“对输对勾”的自查法 ;每班医嘱的二人核对 ,每周护士长大查对 ,规范出“三查九对法”。结果使医嘱勾签规范化 ,查对制度化 ,繁琐工作条理化 ,执行准确化。结论“护士工作站”运行初期双轨运行是必经之路 ,及时制定出查对制度 ,便于工作增量不降质 ,并为尽早过渡到完全由微机管理做准备 Objective To explore how the “Nursing Workstation” runs in the early stages of the doctor’s computer input and manual transfer reading in parallel (referred to as dual-track operation) to make the doctor’s orders quick and accurate. Methods The computer input personnel mastered the self-examination method of “pairs of ticks”; the check of the two individuals in each class of doctors was conducted by the nurses at the nurse’s college on a weekly basis and the “three investigations and nine pairs of laws” were standardized. As a result, the doctor’s advice was standardized, institutionalization was checked, and tedious work was carried out in an organized and accurate manner. Conclusion The initial operation of the “nurse workstation” is the only way for the two-track operation. The check-and-registration system should be formulated in a timely manner so that the increase in work is not degraded, and the transition to full preparation by the microcomputer management is made as soon as possible.
