目的对MPCP在胆管癌诊断中的临床应用价值进行探讨。方法对50例经彩超检查提示患有胆管癌的患者采用MPCP进行扫描,平扫层厚和间隔为6~9 mm,设定增强扫描增厚以及间隔为6 mm,原始数据层厚设定为3 mm,间隔重建为1.2 mm,扫描的结果经工作站进行MPCP图像处理,并对胆管癌的位置以及性质进行诊断并作出相关的评价,并同患者手术结果作对照。结果 MPCP在对胆管癌的定位以及定性的分辨率为100%以及96%。结论 MPCP用于胆管癌的诊断过程中具有地位定性准确,影像清晰、处理效果强大等优点,在临床应用上具有很好的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of MPCP in the diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma. Methods Fifty cases of patients with cholangiocarcinoma who had been diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography were scanned with MPCP. The thickness and interval of the scan were 6 ~ 9 mm. The thickened scan and the interval were set as 6 mm. The thickness of the original data was 3 mm, interval reconstruction to 1.2 mm, the results of the scan by the MPCP workstation image processing, and the location and properties of cholangiocarcinoma diagnosis and make the relevant evaluation, and with the results of the operation of patients as a control. Results The localization and qualitative resolution of MPCP in cholangiocarcinoma were 100% and 96% respectively. Conclusion MPCP has the advantages of qualitative and accurate status, clear image and strong treatment effect in the diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma, which has a good diagnostic value in clinical application.
