用高效液相色谱法测定二元混配吡·哒可湿性粉剂中的吡虫啉和哒螨灵的含量。色谱柱为μＢｏｎｄｐａｋ ＴＭ Ｃ１８ 柱（直径３－９ｍｍ ×３００ｍ ｍ） ，流动相为乙腈∶甲醇∶水／６０∶１０∶３０ ，用二极管阵列检测器，检测波长为２４０ｎｍ ，可得到满意的分离效果。
Determination of imidacloprid and pyridaben in the binary mixed WP da WP by high performance liquid chromatography. The column was μBondpak TM C18 column (diameter 3-9 mm × 300 mm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile: methanol: water / 60:10:30. The detector was used with a diode array detector at a detection wavelength of 240 nm to obtain a satisfactory separation effect.
