本文通过国营芦头林场资产评估试点，对湖南省国营林场如何开展资产评估的理论、程序、方法，作了初步探讨，提出了一些参考意见。
This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the theories, procedures and methods of how to carry out assets appraisal in state-owned forestry centers in Hunan Province through the trial of assets appraisal of State-owned Lu Tou Forestry Farm, and puts forward some reference opinions.
