目的:探讨深圳市第二人民医院临床分离的整合子阳性不动杆菌属同源性及分布情况。方法:采用肠杆菌科基因间重复序列聚合酶链反应(ERIC-PCR)方法对53株整合子阳性不动杆菌菌株进行同源性分析。结果:53株整合子阳性不动杆菌菌株可分为22种不同的基因型,其中以e型(10/53)、s型(18/53)两种基因型为主,占整合子阳性菌株的52.8%;含arr3-aacA4基因盒的整合子分布于11种不同基因型的克隆株,仅在s型菌株中检测到含aacC1-orfP-orfQ-aadA1a基因盒;e型不动杆菌菌株只分布在神经外科和创伤外科病房;s型不动杆菌菌株主要分布在ICU病房和普外科病房。结论:ERIC-PCR同源性分析很难区分基因盒在菌株之间的传播,而其与暴发流行却有明确的关联。
Objective: To investigate the homology and distribution of integron-positive Acinetobacter isolated from the Second People’s Hospital of Shenzhen City. Methods: The homology analysis of 53 strains of positive strains of Acinetobacter baumannii was carried out by Enterobacteriaceae Intergenic Replicase Polymerase Chain Reaction (ERIC-PCR). Results: Fifty-three strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were divided into 22 different genotypes. Among them, e-type (10/53) and s-type (18/53) Of 52.8%. The integron containing arr3-aacA4 gene was distributed in clones of 11 different genotypes, and only the aacC1-orfP-orfQ-aadA1a gene cassette was detected in s-type. Acinetobacter e- Distributed in neurosurgery and trauma surgical wards; Acinetobacter s strains are mainly distributed in the ICU ward and general surgery ward. Conclusion: The homology analysis of ERIC-PCR makes it difficult to distinguish the spread of gene cassettes among strains, but it is clearly related to the outbreak.
