目的:测试4种天然无指盘臭蛙皮肤抗菌肽Odorgrin A、Odorgrin B、Odorgrin C和Odorgrin D纯品对5种临床常见病原菌(其中野生菌2株,耐药菌7株)的抑菌活性。方法:采用微量液体稀释法进行体外抑菌试验。结果:4种天然无指盘臭蛙皮肤抗菌肽对所测试的耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(85460),野生型金黄色葡萄球菌(24157),耐青霉素肺炎链球菌(84688和91452),产Ⅰ型β内酰胺酶阴沟肠杆菌(85439和93543),野生型大肠埃希菌(21512),产超广谱β内酰胺酶大肠埃希菌(84492),耐酶抑制剂的β内酰胺酶大肠埃希菌(85580)大都具有较强的体外抑制作用。结论:4种天然无指盘臭蛙皮肤抗菌肽均具有广谱抗菌活性,对耐药菌株也有较好的体外抑菌能力。4种天然无指盘臭蛙皮肤抗菌肽有良好的应用前景,具有开发成为抗菌药物以及消毒剂和防腐剂的潜力。
OBJECTIVE: To test the antibacterial activities of four natural fingerless antibacterial peptides Odorgrin A, Odorgrin B, Odorgrin C and Odorgrin D against five kinds of clinical common pathogens (including 2 strains of wild and 7 strains of resistant bacteria) . Methods: In vitro antibacterial test was carried out by using the micro liquid dilution method. Results: Four natural fingerless frog skin antibacterial peptides tested against methicillin-resistant coagulase-negative staphylococci (85460), wild-type staphylococcus aureus (24157), penicillin-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae (84688 and 91452) (85439 and 93543), wild-type Escherichia coli (21512), Escherichia coli producing extended-spectrum β-lactamase (84492) Amidase Escherichia coli (85,580) mostly have a strong inhibitory effect in vitro. CONCLUSION: The four kinds of natural antibacterial peptides of fingerless frog are all broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and have good antibacterial activity in vitro against drug-resistant strains. Four kinds of natural fingerless frog skin antimicrobial peptides have good application prospects, with the potential to develop into antimicrobial agents and disinfectants and preservatives.
