近年来,枣庄市各级社会保险部门认真按照《劳动法》和《社会保险审计暂行规定》等有关规定,本着为深化社会保险和为企业职工服务的思想,结合本地区实际情况,积极开展各项内部审计监督活动,充分发挥了审计的服务和监督作用,一些做法值得各地借鉴。加强机构建设,充实审计人员,提高人员素质。枣庄市于1993年3月建立专职社会保险审计机构。1995年10月,全市各级社会保险机构建立起内部审计机构7个,其中专职机构3个,配备专、兼职审计人员12人。为充分发挥审计人员的积极性,提高审计人员的思想和业务素质,做好审计工作,组织举办了3次社会保险审计人员培训班,认真学习《审计法》、《劳动法》和《社会保险审
