针对螺塞零件复合挤压时的材料分配规律进行研究,推导出圆杯正六边形杆复合挤压的材料分配公式,提出材料分流层的形状是旋转抛物面。应用Deform软件对螺塞零件的挤压成形进行数值模拟,得到成形应力图和挤压力行程曲线,研究发现,螺塞的成形过程实际上分为2个阶段:复合挤压和反挤压。最终进行产品试制,试验结果表明:正反挤两个出口高度的实际数值和理论值吻合较好。
Aiming at the material distribution rules of the screw plug parts during compound extrusion, the material distribution formula of the composite extrusion of the round cup regular hexagon rods is deduced. The shape of the material shunt layer is the paraboloid of revolution. Deform software was used to simulate the extrusion of screw plug parts. The forming stress maps and squeezing force stroke curves were obtained. It was found that the forming process of plug plugs was actually divided into two stages: compound extrusion and reverse extrusion. Final product trial production, the test results show that: the positive and negative exit height of the actual value and the theoretical value is in good agreement.
