介绍一种无人机小型发动机的检测系统。基于该系统进行了机械机构设计,硬件设计采用PCI体系结构,软件以C++Builder作为开发平台。检测系统可以对发动机进行各种试验,控制发动机的运行状态,并实时采集和记录动态试验数据。该系统已成功应用于无人机发动机的地面检测,具有成本低、性能优、维护方便和可靠性高等特点。通过发动机的试验,得到了完整的试验数据,保证无人机发动机始终处于良好的工作状态。
Describes a detection system for a small UAV engine. Based on this system, the mechanical design was done. The hardware design adopted PCI architecture and the software used C ++ Builder as the development platform. Detection system can test various kinds of engine, control the running status of engine, and collect and record dynamic test data in real time. The system has been successfully applied to the UAV engine ground detection, with low cost, excellent performance, easy maintenance and high reliability. Through the engine test, got the complete test data to ensure that the UAV engine is always in good working condition.
