采用JY-70(Ⅱ)合并型等离子体光谱仪测定了104名健康足月新生儿头发中14种微量元素和2种常量元素含量。结果表明:新生儿发中Fe、Co、Ni、Mn、Cr、Mo、Sr、V、Ca和Mg等元素的含量水平较高;新生儿发Fe男性显著高于女性(P<0.01),发Mg则女性显著高于男性(P<0.01),发Sr女性亦高于男性(P<O.05),其它各元素性别间无差异或差异不显著。根据本文测定结果,提出了包头地区新生儿发中多种微量及常量元素的正常参考值。
The contents of 14 trace elements and 2 kinds of macroelements in hair of 104 healthy full-term newborns were measured by JY-70 (Ⅱ) combined plasma spectrometer. The results showed that the contents of Fe, Co, Ni, Mn, Cr, Mo, Sr, V, Ca and Mg were higher in newborn infants. The incidence of newborns with Fe was significantly higher than that of females (P <0.01) (P <0.01). The incidence of Sr in women with hair growth was also higher than that in men (P <0.05). There was no difference or significant difference among other sexes. According to the results of this paper, we proposed the normal reference values of many trace elements and elements in newborn infants in Baotou area.
