目的了解信阳市饮食业餐具消毒状况,提高信阳市餐具的消毒卫生质量,保障公众的饮食安全。方法对2008年和2009年信阳市饮食业餐具消毒效果监测数据进行统计学分析。结果 2008年度共抽查1518份餐具样品,合格率为74.96%。2009年度共抽查1443份样品,合格率为85.24%。合格率由高到低的机构依次为大型宾馆酒店、休闲娱乐场所、小型餐馆、幼儿园、大中院校和中学。结论信阳市2009年度餐具消毒合格率提高了10.28个百分点,效果明显好于2008年,大中院校中学、幼儿园餐具消毒质量有待提高,卫生监督及相关部门应加强对这些机构的监管。
Objective To understand the disinfection status of catering tableware in Xinyang, improve the sanitation quality of tableware in Xinyang and ensure the public’s diet safety. Methods The data of monitoring the disinfection effect of catering tableware in Xinyang City in 2008 and 2009 were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 1518 tableware samples were randomly selected in 2008, with a pass rate of 74.96%. In 2009 a total of 1443 samples were spot checks with a pass rate of 85.24%. The institutions with the highest passing rates are large hotel hotels, entertainment venues, small restaurants, kindergartens, colleges and secondary schools. Conclusion Xunyang City in 2009 tableware disinfection pass rate increased by 10.28 percentage points, the effect was significantly better than in 2008, middle and high school institutions, kindergarten tableware disinfection quality needs to be improved, health supervision and related departments should strengthen the supervision of these institutions.
