双氯灭痛钠和醋酸铜(Ⅱ)在pH 4.4~6.4溶液中反应形成可溶于氯仿的络合物,在680nm处具有最大吸收。采用三因素二水平八次正交试验,对形成络合物的反应条件进行筛选。结果表明:pH值对反应影响最大,其次是离子强度和铜(Ⅱ)离子浓度。最佳反应条件是:醋酸铜
Diclofenac sodium and copper (II) acetate react at pH 4.4-6.4 to form a chloroform-soluble complex with maximum absorption at 680 nm. The three factors and two levels of eight orthogonal experiments were used to select the reaction conditions for the formation of the complex. The results showed that pH value had the greatest effect on the reaction, followed by ionic strength and copper (Ⅱ) ion concentration. The best reaction conditions are: copper acetate
