护生的职业理想培养是护理专业的课程教学目标之一,它贯穿于护生各专业课程的教学当中。护理职业理想是护生对未来护理职业生活的规划、追求和期望,它将直接影响护生整个职业生涯的成就~([1])。解剖学是护生最早接触的医学基础课程,解剖教学阶段也是护生形成职业理想的启蒙阶段。以解剖教学理论为指导,在阐述护理职业理想的定义与内涵的基础上,探寻影响护生职业理想形成的因素,并紧密联系护理解剖教学内容和教学过程,运用“专业转换、内容渗透”的原理和方法,帮助护生在学好解剖学专业知识和专业技能的同时,注重培养他们“救死扶伤、乐于奉献、服务患者”的职业道德和职业理想。
Nursing student’s occupation ideal training is one of the nursing teaching objectives, which runs through the teaching of nursing specialty courses. Nursing occupation ideal is the nursing student’s planning, pursuit and expectation of nursing professional life in the future, which will directly affect the achievement of nursing students’ entire career ~ ([1]). Anatomy is the earliest contact with medical students basic medical courses, anatomy and teaching stages of nursing students to form a career ideal Enlightenment stage. Based on the definition and connotation of nursing professional ideology, this paper explores the factors influencing the formation of nursing professional ideals and closely links with nursing anatomy teaching content and teaching process, using “professional conversion, content penetration ”Principles and methods to help nursing students learn anatomy expertise and professional skills, while training them to“ save lives, dedication, patient service, ”the professional ethics and professional ideals.
