采用微孔固体酸催化剂H-ZSM-5沸石催化丙烯酸和乙二醇反应合成二丙烯酸乙二醇酯,催化活性高于硫酸,酯化反应2 5h,乙二醇的转化率可达62 0%,选择性为98 2%。催化剂H-ZSM-5重复三次使用依然保持很高的催化活性。
The microporous solid acid catalyst H-ZSM-5 zeolite was used to catalyze the reaction of acrylic acid and ethylene glycol to synthesize ethylene glycol diacrylate. The catalytic activity was higher than that of sulfuric acid and esterified for 25 h. The conversion of ethylene glycol reached 62.0% , Selectivity of 98 2%. Catalyst H-ZSM-5 repeated use three times still maintain a high catalytic activity.
