针对五凤煤矿原回采巷道断面形状及支护方式方面的不合理因素,分析了巷道变形破坏的机理。在此基础上,采用高预应力锚梁网、索联合支护,合理设计锚杆(索)间排距、安装角及预应力大小,对巷道断面及支护进行重新设计,变被动支护为主动支护。改进后的设计方案有效地控制了巷道围岩的变形破坏,保证了巷道安全。
Aiming at the unreasonable factors in the section shape and supporting mode of the original mining gateway of Wufeng Coal Mine, the mechanism of the deformation and destruction of the tunnel is analyzed. On this basis, using high prestressed anchor beam and wire mesh, combined support of cables and reasonable design of the distance between anchor bolts (cables), installation angle and prestressing size, the section and support of roadway are redesigned, and passive support For active support. The improved design scheme can effectively control the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock of the roadway and ensure the safety of the roadway.
