新形式下中国阶层矛盾、劳资纠纷等问题日益凸显,导致群体性突发事件呈现高发态势,造成不良的社会影响,也给人民群众的财产和生命安全带来了一定损失。如何有效防控此类事件,业已成为广大社会管理者共同思考的时代新命题。论文结合党的群众路线教育实践活动的开展,探讨一条针对社会群体性突发事件高效管理处置的新路径。 Under the new form, the problems of Chinese class contradictions and labor disputes have become increasingly prominent, leading to a high incidence of mass incidents and adverse social impacts, as well as some loss to the people’s property and life safety. How to effectively prevent and control such incidents has become a new proposition of the times that the social managers think together. Combining with the practice of the Party’s mass line education practice, the paper explores a new approach to the efficient management and disposal of social group emergencies.
