目的 :以准分子激光角膜切削 (PTK)术后的兔眼为模型 ,探讨保存人羊膜移植对角膜伤口早期愈合的影响。方法 :新西兰白兔 12只 ,双眼行PTK术 ,一眼术后立即于角膜表面移植保存的人羊膜 ,另一眼做对照。术后 ,每日进行临床观察 ,并分别于第 3、5、7天处死动物 ,取角膜行光镜和电镜检查。结果 :在术后 3、5、7天 ,羊膜移植侧角膜中央上皮增生厚度均明显小于对照侧 ,差异有显著性。对照侧上皮细胞的凋亡较羊膜移植侧明显。结论 :羊膜具有调节角膜伤口愈合的作用 ,有可能在减少PTK术后角膜上皮下雾状混浊 (haze)的形成中发挥作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of amniotic membrane transplantation on the early healing of corneal wounds in rabbits after excimer laser keratotomy (PTK). Methods: Twelve New Zealand white rabbits were treated with PTK in both eyes. One eye was transplanted with preserved amniotic membrane directly on the corneal surface and the other one was used as control. After surgery, daily clinical observation, and were killed on the 3rd, 5th, 7th day, corneal light microscope and electron microscopy. Results: On the 3rd, 5th, 7th day after operation, the thickness of central epithelium of amniotic membrane was significantly smaller than that of the control side, the difference was significant. The apoptosis of control epithelial cells was more obvious than that on amniotic membrane transplantation. CONCLUSIONS: Amniotic membrane plays a role in regulating the healing of corneal wounds and may play a role in reducing the formation of haze under the corneal epithelium after PTK surgery.
