驼峰“咬钩”是驼峰解体作业中车钩提开而车辆未能正常分离的现象,发生“咬钩”现象会增加解体车列占用驼峰的时间,影响驼峰解体效率。本文针对阜阳北站驼峰发生“咬钩”现象增多的情况,在对驼峰“咬钩”专题写实数据进行整理分析的基础上,从人员、车辆、天气、线路四个方面对阜阳北站驼峰发生“咬钩”的原因进行分析,得出提钩时机掌握不当、推峰速度控制不当、“钩不脱手不离”执行不到位、单人提勾、车钩的热胀冷缩现象、线路变形等都是导致“咬钩”的原因的结论。
Hump “bite hook ” is the phenomenon that the hook is opened and the vehicle can not be separated normally in the hump disintegration operation. The phenomenon of “bite hook” will increase the time for the hump to occupy the hump and affect the hump disintegration efficiency. Based on the analysis of the realistic data of hump “bite ” on the basis of the increase of the phenomenon of “bite hook ” in the hump of Fuyang North Station, this paper analyzes the realistic data of Fuyang North Station from four aspects: personnel, vehicle, North station hump “bite ” analysis of the reasons, come to mention improper timing of the mention of the hook, improper push speed control, “hook does not escape ” implementation is not in place, single mention hook, coupler thermal expansion Cold shrink phenomenon, line deformation are all the leading causes of “bite ” the conclusion.
