对52名非学前教育界的公众人士所作的访谈表明:公众对幼儿园教师职业形象的描述基本一致,即德行品性为重,专业知能次之,仪表风貌为轻;对当前幼儿园教师的德行品性和专业知能存在一些不满;对幼儿园教师职业的了解不充分,对其专业知识和能力有不同程度的轻视和误判。增进公众对幼儿园教师职业细节(尤其是技术和学术细节)的了解,有利于重构公众对幼儿园教师专业化形象的认知。
Interviews with 52 non-preschool members of the public show that: The public’s description of the kindergarten teachers’ occupational image is basically the same, that is, morality is of the highest quality, second is professional knowledge, and appearance of the instrument is light. On the current moral education of kindergarten teachers Sexual and professional knowledge there are some dissatisfaction; kindergarten teacher’s career is not fully understood, to varying degrees of their professional knowledge and ability to contempt and miscarriage of justice. Improving the public’s understanding of kindergarten teachers ’professional details (especially technical and academic details) will help reconstruct the public’s perception of kindergarten teachers’ professional image.
