β-防御素是一种具有广谱抗菌活性的内源性抗生素肽,目前已发现其在许多器官组织的黏膜防御中有重要作用。β-防御素在黏膜上皮广泛表达,在黏膜抗感染防御机制中扮演重要角色,其功能失活或其基因表达障碍可能与黏膜感染或其他感染性疾病的发病机制密切相关,也可能参与黏膜正常防御功能。本文综述了防御素的分子结构、抗菌活性、基因表达及其在耳鼻喉组织中的研究进展,为临床防治提供新的思路。
Beta-defensin is an endogenous antibiotic peptide with a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity that has been found to play an important role in mucosal defense in many organs and tissues. β-defensin is widely expressed in the mucosal epithelium and plays an important role in mucosal anti-infective defense mechanism. The function inactivation or gene expression disorder may be closely related to the pathogenesis of mucosal infection or other infectious diseases, and may also participate in the normal mucosa Defense function. This review summarizes the molecular structure, antibacterial activity, gene expression of defensins and their research progress in ENT tissue, providing new ideas for clinical prevention and treatment.
