本文在生产条件下,研究了不同约束性凝固参数对 DZ38G 合金定向结晶叶片的组织和力学性能影响。结果表明:在4mm/min 的抽拉速度下,可以获得柱晶平直,发散度小的定向结晶叶片。型壳和浇注温度过高会导致合金中 Cr 元素损耗率的增加,叶片显微疏松增多,组织粗大,合金力学性能降低。型壳温度在1500—1550℃,浇注温度为1500—1540℃时,可以获得满意的组织和较高的力学性能,所铸定向结晶叶片已通过台架长期试车的考验。
In this paper, under the conditions of production, the effects of different restraining solidification parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of DZ38G alloy oriented crystal leaf were studied. The results show that the directional crystal blade with straight columnar grain and small divergence can be obtained under the drawing speed of 4mm / min. Shell and pouring temperature is too high will lead to an increase in the loss of Cr alloy elements, leaves loose slightly increased, coarse tissue, alloy mechanical properties decreased. When the shell temperature is 1500-1550 ℃ and the pouring temperature is 1500-1540 ℃, satisfactory structure and high mechanical properties can be obtained. The cast oriented crystal leaf has passed the long-term test of the bench.
