研制了一种应用于航空、航天主电源电机磁钢片粘接的胶粘剂,该胶粘剂具有较高的使用温度(耐200℃)、高温强度高和绝缘性好等特点,已成功应用于主电源电机和发动机伺服电机中。该胶粘剂是由A、B双组分组成,其中A组分是以苯酚、甲醛为主剂,氯化锌为催化剂,在乙酸乙酯溶剂中于55~75℃时进行缩合反应而制得的耐热高甲阶酚醛树脂;B组分是以丁腈-40为增韧剂,辅以硫磺、氯化镁和硬脂酸等助剂而制成的。配合相应的磁钢片处理工艺和电机定子、转子的加工工艺,该胶粘剂用于电机中可以取得理想的效果,与传统方法相比,该胶粘剂使电机工作温度降低了30℃左右,明显改善了电机的耐热性和稳定性。
