目的:探讨基于微流控芯片技术的精子优选方法研究。方法:利用CO2激光仪制作有精子优选功能的微流控芯片,模拟体内生殖微环境,对精子进行优选。结果:成功设计并制作了本研究所用微流控芯片。对精子进行优选,对A+B精子的筛选回收率为50%,方便后续精子受精操作。结论:本项目所开发的微流控芯片能够实现精子优选功能。
Objective: To study the method of sperm optimization based on microfluidic chip technology. Methods: The microfluidic chip with the optimal function of sperm was made by CO2 laser to simulate the reproductive microenvironment in vivo and optimize the sperm. Results: The microfluidic chip used in this study was successfully designed and fabricated. Sperm optimization, screening of A + B sperm recovery rate of 50%, to facilitate subsequent sperm fertilization operation. Conclusion: The microfluidic chip developed in this project can realize the preferred function of sperm.
