采用解析法、线性和非线性有限元法对均匀轴压圆柱薄壳的稳定问题进行了分析,就本文算例而言,三种方法所得的初始屈曲荷载是近似相同的。非线性有限元分析显示,在后屈曲阶段的荷载位移曲线上形成了一段近似水平的曲线,与之对应的是一近似常量的后屈曲承载力。通过对以往实验数据的统计分析,得到了计算屈曲应力的经验公式,其结果经与非线性有限元法的分析结果比较,初步发现试验得到的是圆柱壳的后屈曲应力而非其初试屈曲应力,从而得到了试验结果低于理论解这一实验现象的合理解释。
The analytical solution, linear and nonlinear finite element method are used to analyze the stability of the thin cylindrical shells with uniform axial compression. For the purposes of this paper, the initial buckling loads obtained by the three methods are approximately the same. The nonlinear finite element analysis shows that a curve of approximate horizontal is formed on the load-displacement curve in the post-buckling phase, corresponding to an approximate constant of the post-buckling capacity. Through the statistical analysis of previous experimental data, the empirical formula for calculating buckling stress is obtained. The results are compared with those obtained by nonlinear finite element method. It is found that the post-buckling stress of cylindrical shell is not the initial buckling stress , Which gives a reasonable explanation that the experimental result is lower than the theoretical solution.
