分层教育是指针对学生的个性特点与个体差异,设置不同的课程层次,通过自主选课和走班制度,以促进学生科学获知、健康成长的适性教育模式。分层教育具有马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说、建构主义学习观和主体教育思想的理论基础。通过对浙江省L学校和Z附中实施的必修课程分层走班的考察,发现在实施过程中主要存在学校基建和分层机制不完善、学生管理困难、教师考核难等问题。可以通过制定科学的分层模式、合理选择与管理教师、完善分层走班的条件保障等途径完善普通高中必修课程分层教育。
Stratified education refers to the personality characteristics and individual differences for students, set up different levels of courses, through independent choice of classes and go-to-go system to promote students’ scientific knowledge and healthy growth of adaptive education mode. Hierarchical education has the theoretical basis of Marxism on the theory of people’s all-round development, constructivist learning concept and subject education. Through the investigation of the stratification of compulsory courses in L schools and Zouzhongzhong of Zhejiang province, we find that there are some problems in the process of implementation, such as imperfect school infrastructure and stratification mechanism, difficulties in student management and teachers’ assessment. We can improve the general education of the required courses in ordinary senior high schools by formulating the scientific stratification model, selecting and managing teachers rationally, and improving the conditions guarantee of stratified travel.
