由成牙骨质细胞(CB)形成的牙骨质在正畸治疗过程中有着重要的作用,但迄今为止,人们对于牙骨质和形成牙骨质的CB知之甚少。从CB着手建立体外培养的CB系,是进行该细胞研究的关键。下面就牙骨质瘤来源的CB、CD1小鼠来源的CB和牙周膜细胞、人牙骨质来源的CB、人牙骨质薄层刮取物来源的CB、大鼠第一磨牙来源的CB、人牙周膜来源的CB、牛牙骨质来源的CB、人CB细胞系克隆株来源的CB和马后牙来源的CB在体外的分离培养研究进展作一综述。
Cementum formed by cementoblasts (CB) plays an important role in orthodontic treatment, but to date, little is known about the cementum and the formation of cementum. Starting from the establishment of CB CB in vitro culture is the key to the study of this cell. Following is a summary of the results of a study on osteoblast-derived CB, CD1-derived CB and periodontal ligament cells, human cementobulbar-derived CB, human cementobulter scrape CB-derived primary teeth, CB, human periodontal ligament derived CB, bovine tooth-derived CB, CB-derived human CB cell line CB and horse-derived CB in vitro were reviewed.
