探讨了电力市场多种交易模式下输电网固定成本的分摊问题。直接以交易功率为自变量,基于支路耗散功率转归分量法,推导了一种将线路潮流同时自然地转归给各个交易的解析方法,从而在物理层面上建立了交易量与线路潮流之间的量值关系。结合输电网固定成本及交易对线路有功潮流的使用程度,进一步提出了将输电网固定成本转归给各个交易的具体策略。该方法适用于混合交易模式的电力市场。它既满足电网的物理特性,又能提供良好的经济信号。仿真结果验证了文中方法的有效性。
This paper discusses the distribution of fixed cost of transmission network under various trading modes in the electricity market. Taking transaction power as an independent variable directly, a analytical method is proposed based on the branch-dissipated power-to-weight component method to transfer the tidal current to each transaction naturally at the same time, and thus the transaction volume and line flow are established on the physical level The relationship between the magnitude. Combined with the fixed cost of transmission network and the degree of utilization of active tidal current by the transaction, this paper further proposes a specific strategy of transferring the fixed cost of transmission network to each transaction. This method is suitable for the mixed trading model of the electricity market. It not only meets the physical characteristics of the power grid, but also provides a good economic signal. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
