输电线路应用预应力混凝土电杆在技术,经济方面具有较大的优越性,已有一定的成熟经验,除了杆塔本身外其相应的基础亦较简单。由此,水电部文佯(84)水电电规字第45号文件要求“今后凡新建的330千伏及以下的线路,在平原及丘陵地区,一般采用钢筋混凝土电杆”(注:包括预应力混凝土电杆)。但是,目前的电杆产品尚存在着纵裂,弯曲等质量问题,需在改善混凝土及预应力
The application of prestressed concrete poles for power transmission lines has great advantages in technology and economy, and has mature experience. In addition to the poles and towers, the corresponding foundations are relatively simple. Therefore, the Ministry of Water Resources, Wenyu (84), No. 45 of the Hydroelectric Power Regulations requires that “in the future, any newly-built 330 kV line and below, in the plains and hills, generally use reinforced concrete poles” (Note: Including prestressed concrete poles). However, current pole products still suffer from vertical cracks, bending and other quality problems, and they need to improve concrete and prestressing.
