细菌在适宜环境中,生长繁殖极为迅速,但若环境条件变化过剧,则可使其代谢发生障碍,生长受到抑制,甚至死亡。其他微生物也遵循这一规律。根据这一现象,可以采用种种理化和生物学方法来杀死或清除停留在体外传播媒介上的活的病原微生物,以切断传播途径,从而控制或消灭传染病。
Bacteria in a suitable environment, growth and reproduction is extremely rapid, but if the environmental conditions change drastically, you can make its metabolism disorders, growth inhibition, and even death. Other microorganisms also follow this rule. According to this phenomenon, a variety of physicochemical and biological methods can be used to kill or remove live pathogenic microorganisms residing in the in-vitro vector to cut off the route of transmission and thus control or eliminate the infectious disease.
