阐述了用微机进行对接焊缝超声波探伤质量评定的全过程,编制了AUTOLISP程序。该方法快速、准确,更适合工业上的在线探伤及进行大量数据的处理,而且避免了探伤人员的人为误差,提高了探伤的工作效率,评定结果及原始数据可作为资料保存,有一定的实用价值。
The whole process of quality evaluation of butt welds with ultrasonic flaw is described. An AUTOLISP program is compiled. The method is rapid, accurate and suitable for industrial online flaw detection and massive data processing, and also avoids the human error of the flaw detection personnel and improves the work efficiency of the flaw detection. The evaluation results and the original data can be saved as data and have certain practicality value.
