通过试验确定了飞机舱门密封带所用橡胶、织物的材料参数,并对其密封带进行了仿真分析,对比了成品压缩试验与仿真分析得到的压缩应力-压缩率曲线,研究了织物和舱内增压对飞机舱门密封带的压缩应力和接触应力的影响。结果表明,仿真分析与成品压缩试验得到的压缩应力-压缩率曲线趋势基本一致;织物能提高飞机舱门密封带的压缩应力及接触应力,内部增强织物的提升效果好于表面复合织物;舱内增压后,飞机舱门密封带的压缩应力有所提高,接触区域发生偏移,接触面有接触应力大于0的区域,密封带与门框之间保持接触。
The material parameters of the rubber and fabric for aircraft cabin sealing tape are determined through experiments and the sealing tape is simulated and analyzed. The compression stress-compression ratio curve of finished product compression test and simulation analysis are compared. The results show that the trend of compressive stress-compression ratio curve obtained by simulation analysis and finished compression test are basically the same. The fabric can improve the compressive stress and contact stress of the aircraft door sealing tape, the internal reinforced fabric is better than the surface composite fabric, After pressurization, the compressive stress of the sealing tape on the aircraft door has been increased, and the contact area is offset. The contact surface has the area where the contact stress is greater than 0, and the sealing tape keeps contact with the door frame.
