My brigade constructs several railway bridges in a certain factory area. The concrete top caps, trays, and piers of each pier use the same design drawings. If you are accustomed to the practice, you should set up the scaffolding template first, and cast concrete in place. Such a bridge pier once Feeding requires 12.5 cubic meters of wood. Can we use less wood? Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s “diligent and founding the country” principle, we have launched a large number of revolutionary masses. With the cooperation of designers, we have successfully adopted reinforced concrete shell templates. Pre-reinforced concrete thin shell formwork only feeds 3.55 cubic meters at one time (detailed attached table). Compared with cast-in-place concrete wood formwork, it saves about three-quarters of the wood material compared with one-time feeding.
