为观察重组hNT-4/5蛋白对三氧化二砷(As2O3)、溴化汞(HgBr2)毒性的抑制作用。将具有天然蛋白活性的重组hNT-4/5蛋白,加入到被不同浓度的As2O3、HgBr2染毒的各组鸡胚前脑神经细胞培养液中共同孵育,结果表明对照组与实验组的细菌存活数差异有显著性(P<0.01、P<0.05),说明重组hNT-4/5蛋白具有抑制As2O3、HgBr2的毒性作用
To observe the inhibitory effect of recombinant hNT-4/5 protein on the toxicity of arsenic trioxide (As2O3) and mercury bromide (HgBr2). The recombinant hNT-4/5 protein with natural protein activity was added to the cultures of chick embryo neurons cultured in different concentrations of As2O3 and HgBr2, and the results showed that the bacteria in the control group and the experimental group survived (P <0.01, P <0.05), indicating that the recombinant hNT-4/5 protein can inhibit the toxicity of As2O3 and HgBr2
