目的优化橡皮树叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法在进行单因素试验的基础上,以乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间作为因素,进行L9(34)正交试验。结果各因素对提取橡皮树叶总黄酮的影响为:料液比>提取温度>提取时间>乙醇浓度;提取总黄酮的最佳工艺为1∶6的50%乙醇70℃提取120min。在该工艺条件下,总黄酮的得率为8.5mg.g-1。结论该工艺条件经济可行,橡皮树叶总黄酮对.OH自由基有一定的清除能力。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids in rubber leaves. Methods Based on the single factor experiment, the orthogonal experiment of L9 (34) was carried out with ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time as factors. Results The effects of various factors on the extraction of total flavonoids from Eucalyptus leaves were as follows: solid-liquid ratio> extraction temperature> extraction time> ethanol concentration. The optimal extraction process of total flavonoids was extraction of 50% ethanol 1:6 at 70 ℃ for 120 min. Under this process condition, the yield of total flavonoids was 8.5 mg.g-1. Conclusion The process conditions are feasible and economical. The total flavonoids of Eucalyptus leaves can scavenge. OH radicals.
