采用保留外耳道后壁乳突切除与鼓室成形术治疗非胆脂瘤型慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎患者１０７例（１１０耳），经过１年以上随访观察，既清除病变获得干耳，又提高了听力。认为该术式适用于长期保守治疗无效的非胆脂瘤型慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎患者，讨论了术中注意的问题。
