高等院校旅游管理专业实习是不可或缺的重要环节,而且很多学校要进行多轮的实践锻炼,从而训练学生的专业技能,培养高层次的旅游管理人才。本文主要阐述旅游管理学生初次实习中存在的诸多问题,并提出了其应对措施,从而使学生顺利完成实习环节,并为其今后的职业发展打下良好的基础。 Internship in tourism management major is an indispensable link in many colleges and universities, and many schools carry out many rounds of practical exercises to train students’ professional skills and cultivate high-level tourism management personnel. This article mainly elaborates many problems existing in the first internship of tourism management students and puts forward their countermeasures, so that students can successfully complete the internship and lay a good foundation for their career development in the future.
