目的了解攀西地区某高校大学生肝健康相关知识、态度和行为,为开展肝健康促进活动及效果评估提供依据。方法按照四川省统一调查方案,采取整群随机抽样,抽取二年级和三年级全日制在校大学生278人进行问卷调查。结果只有39.43%的学生能回答非乙肝主要传播途径,57.71%的学生认为蚊虫叮咬可能传播乙肝,78.49%的学生认为咳嗽、打喷嚏等方式可能传播丙肝;当得知身边同学是乙肝携带者后,27.6%的受访者明确表示会回避,50.54%的人虽然表面交往,心里仍排斥;22.94%的人会介意与乙肝携带者共同进餐;只有65.95%的受访者已经接种过乙肝疫苗,88.17%的大学生表示愿意接种或补种乙肝疫苗;医学生和非医学生在以上各方面的差异均有统计学意义,医学生总体上好于非医学生。结论攀西地区大学生总体对肝炎知识知晓率较低,对乙肝感染者存在较高排斥心理和行为,医学生较非医学生在上述几方面表现略好;乙肝疫苗接种率和接种意愿均不够高;在开展肝健康促进活动时,除进一步强调乙肝危害性外,还应在宣传内容的安排上针对不同专业背景学生各有侧重。
Objective To understand the related knowledge, attitude and behavior of liver health in college students in Panxi, and to provide basis for carrying out liver health promotion activities and evaluation of their effects. Methods According to the unified survey plan of Sichuan Province, a random sampling cluster was adopted, and 278 full-time undergraduates in second and third year were sampled for questionnaire survey. As a result, only 39.43% of the students answered the non-hepatitis B transmission route, 57.71% of the students thought that the mosquito bites might spread hepatitis B, 78.49% of the students thought that they might spread hepatitis C by coughing and sneezing; , 27.6% of the respondents made it clear that they will evade, 50.54% of people although surface interaction, my heart is still excluded; 22.94% of people will mind sharing with hepatitis B carriers; only 65.95% of respondents have been vaccinated against hepatitis B, 88.17% of college students expressed their willingness to inoculate or replant hepatitis B vaccine; the differences between medical students and non-medical students in all the above aspects were statistically significant, and medical students were generally better than non-medical students. Conclusions There is a low awareness about hepatitis knowledge among college students in Panxi area and a higher exclusion psychology and behavior for hepatitis B virus infection. Compared with non-medical students, medical students perform slightly better than the non-medical students, and hepatitis B vaccination rate and inoculation intention are not high enough ; In carrying out liver health promotion activities, in addition to further emphasizing the dangers of hepatitis B, but also should be in the promotional content arrangements for different professional background students have different emphases.
