磷青銅摩擦片的热处理在我厂曾經一度成为关鍵,主要的問題是零件經过热处理后达不到技术要求;而且这种零件是冲压件,进車間时变形量比較大(0.5公厘左右),而出車間要求在0.1公厘以下;表面不允許有氧化色。因此热处理担負着双重的任务:一方面校正零件的变形,另一方面保证零件表面的光洁度和颜色。为了实現这两項任务,我們经过了无数次试驗,但都失败了。最后在工艺員的指导和工人同志的积极努力下,热处理成功了合符質量要求的磷青銅摩擦片。現在把热处理方法简单介紹如下,供兄弟厂参考。
