藻类疯长到达一定程度可能引发水华。影响浮游植物密度的理化因子有多个,考虑起主要作用的六个(总氮、总磷、化学需氧量、酸碱度、水温、吸光度),这些理化因子对池塘中五种浮游植物(蓝藻门、绿藻门、隐藻门、硅藻门、裸藻门)的生长均有一定的影响。鉴于多个自变量对多个因变量的影响问题,运用偏最小二乘回归分析法建立主要理化因子和浮游植物密度之间关系的模型,利用matlab软件的偏最小二乘回归分析功能对数据进行处理,并通过预测浮游植物密度来预测淡水池塘水华的发生。
Algae soaring to a certain extent may lead to bloom. There are many physical and chemical factors that affect the density of phytoplankton. Considering six major factors (total nitrogen, total phosphorus, chemical oxygen demand, pH, water temperature, and absorbance), these phytochemical factors affect phytoplankton , Chlorophyta, Cryptophyta, Bacillariophyta, Euglena) have a certain impact on the growth. In view of the influence of multiple independent variables on multiple dependent variables, a partial least-squares regression analysis was used to establish a model of the relationship between the main physico-chemical factors and phytoplankton density. Data were analyzed using partial least-squares regression of matlab software And predict the occurrence of bloom in freshwater ponds by predicting phytoplankton density.
