目的研究雷丸Omphalia lapidescens的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、凝胶等色谱方法对雷丸的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从雷丸提取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,1)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,2)、麦角甾醇(ergostero1,3)、麦角甾醇过氧化物(ergosterol peroxide,4)、甘遂醇(tirucallol,5)、豆甾醇-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(stigma-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β-triol,6)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol,7)、3β-羟基豆甾-5,22-二烯-7-酮(3β-hydroxy-stigmast-5,22-dien-7-one,8)、木栓酮(friedelin,9)、表木栓醇(epifriedelanol,10)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该菌中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Omphalia lapidescens. Methods The chemical constituents of Leiwan were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel and gel. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Ten compounds were isolated from Radix extract, which were identified as β-sitosterol (1), oleanolic acid (2), ergosterol (1,3), ergosterol Oxide (4), tirucallol (5), stigma-7,22-dien-3β, 5α, 6β -triol 6), stigmasterol 7, 3β-hydroxy-stigmast-5,22-dien-7-one 8, Friedelin (9), epifriedelanol (10). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this strain for the first time.
