痛性结节是输精管绝育术后常见的并发症之一,目前治疗方法各异治疗效果不一。我站从1985年3月～1996年1月用局部封闭法治疗痛性结节36例,疗效满意,现将体会报告如下。 一、临床资料 1.一般资料检查输精管结扎术后2年以上者5412例,确诊为痛性结节者36例,发病率为6.54％。其中感染型10例,非感染型26例,病程1年3个月至5年9个月,其中1年以上者4例,2年以上者8例,3年以上
