煤粉燃烧特性对锅炉的设计和运行有着重要的影响。以某地烟煤为例,采用热重分析的方法,在空气、CO2和N2三种气氛下分别进行热解,并对所得TG/DTG曲线进行分析,获得了挥发分初析点、着火点、最大失重速率点、燃尽点、活化能和反应级数等相关系数的热解特性指标,对于指导该煤种的应用提供了基础数据和设计参考。
Pulverized coal combustion characteristics of the boiler design and operation has an important impact.
