为解决暂冲式超声速风洞在启动与关车过程中因冲击载荷过大而影响系统安全的问题,提出一种2 m超声速风洞冲击载荷的抑制方法。介绍了暂冲式风洞下吹式运行方法的控制原理,分析了暂冲式超声速风洞产生冲击载荷的原因,并在暂冲式超声速风洞下吹式运行方法的基础上,提出了一种全新的引射启动/关车的运行方法,将其应用到2 m超声速风洞AGARD-B标模试验中。应用结果表明:该方法能大大降低模型的冲击载荷,保证了模型、天平及风洞系统的安全。
In order to solve the problem of the system safety caused by the impact load being oversized during the start-up and shutdown of the transient-type supersonic wind tunnel, a method of suppressing the impact load of the 2 m supersonic wind-tunnel is proposed. The control principle of the bursting wind tunnel is described. The reason of the impact load of the bursting supersonic wind tunnel is analyzed. Based on the blasting operation of the bursty supersonic wind tunnel, A new method of priming start-up / shut-down operation was applied to the AGARD-B model test of a 2 m supersonic wind tunnel. The application results show that this method can greatly reduce the impact load of the model and ensure the safety of the model, balance and wind tunnel system.
