自从九十年代以来,组织学习的概念被引入并广泛的运用在了各个部门。本文重点介绍了组织学习如何作用于整个组织,同时以伊士曼柯达公司为例,进行说明,分析这种基于组织学习是如何使得公司更加适应时代的发展的。
Since the nineties, the concept of organizational learning has been introduced and used extensively in various departments. This article focuses on how organizational learning can work across the organization, taking Eastman Kodak as an example to illustrate how organizational learning can make a company more responsive to the times.
