在长江上游收集长薄鳅标本,对其年龄与生长进行了研究。以鳞片、耳石、脊椎骨和胸鳍鳍条为年龄鉴定材料。透射光下,鳞片的环沟和辐射沟呈现透明的凹沟。长薄鳅的鳞径与体长呈显著的正相关,回归方程为L=0.4326+82.5738R(n=37,r=0.9899);体长与体重的关系方程为W=4.736×10-3L3.3045(n=37,R2=0.9971);生长方程为L=-1.3189+5.2132t(r=0.9892)。
In the upper reaches of the Yangtze River to collect long loach specimens, their age and growth were studied. Scales, otoliths, vertebrae, and pectoral fins were used as materials for age identification. Under transmitted light, the ring groove and the radiation groove of the scale show a transparent groove. The scales and length of loach were significantly and positively correlated with the regression equation of L = 0.4326 + 82.5738R (n = 37, r = 0.9899). The relationship between body length and body weight was W = 4.736 × 10-3L3. 3045 (n = 37, R2 = 0.9971). The growth equation was L = -1.3189 + 5.2132t (r = 0.9892).
